We can discuss color, size and style requirements. We recommend using the Benjamin Moore color wheel as our color reference; , or we can recommend colors based on information you provide such as room photos, upholstery fabric wall Colors .
We charge a 1/2 upfront deposit on custom orders, with the remaining 1/2 due at time of shipment.
You can pay via check or credit card. Our order interval for custom orders is generally three to six weeks, but we will confirm an estimated ship date at time of order.
Shipping takes a maximum of one week within the US. Your floorcloth will come wrapped around a six inch diameter shipping tube accompanied by Operating Instructions.
A floorcloth should always be placed on a smooth, hard, clean surface. A thin non-skid mat underneath is recommended to avoid slippage.
Sweep or vacuum regularly and damp mop with a non-abrasive mild detergent. With proper care you'll enjoy your floorcloth for many years. |
